Message from the Head of School-BSR

It is with great pleasure that my team and I welcome you to the British School Al Rams as well as the wider RAK Academy family. BSR is a unique school in that we are based in the heart of the Al Rams community which offers a small school community feel while delivering a high quality British education underpinned by the cultural values of the local community and also the UAE. 

​

At BSR we aim to provide students with outstanding progress through rigorous high quality teaching as well as using our world class school facilities to provide stimulating learning environments for the students. Within the classroom we deliver the English National Curriculum as well as Arabic, Islamic Studies and Social Studies. We offer structured Islamic and Arabic instruction to all of our students including those in Pre-K and KG1. This gives students access to these subjects at an early age that is a unique feature of BSR. We believe in developing well rounded students at BSR and therefore have a broad range of in class and out of class experiences that develop and challenge students in order to develop much needed life skills.

As a community school our links with the local community, our parents and our families are essential to our school community. Together as school community we are able to prepare our students to be successful in an ever changing world while staying true to the roots and values of our local community.

 

It is my absolute pleasure to be the Head of School at BSR and welcome you all to come and take a look at the exciting journey our students are undertaking.
