HOW TO APPLY

Application process

Complete an online Application form (Link) and the required documents to the Admissions office.

 

Registration/Payment

 

  • A non-refundable Registration Fee of AED 500 must be submitted along with the completed application form.

  • A placement assessment/application will only proceed when all of the previous items have been received.

  • Please either scan the required documents and email them to the admissions officer ('Contact us' link) or drop them off at the school’s Admissions Office (including the one-time non-refundable non-transferable Registration Fee).

 

Assessment and Interview
 

  • The Admissions team will contact you with a date for your child's placement assessment.

  •  If a place has been offered, you will receive an offer letter by email within 48 hours.

  •  A Deposit Fee is required to be paid within 14 days to secure the place along with a signed offer letter.

  •  You will be notified with the deposit fee amount on the offer letter.

  •  A seat cannot be held until the deposit payment has been received.
     

 

Transfer Certificate
 

As a requirement by the United Arab Emirates’ Ministry of Education and for us to register your child legally with the Ministry of Education, we must receive a Transfer Certificate (TC) from your child’s current school.

All children entering Grade 2 and upwards at RAK Academy School must provide a Transfer Certificate, regardless of the country and educational curriculum they are coming from.
 

 Please see below the Transfer requirements:

  • Transfer within the Emirate

  • Transfer from one school to another within Ras Al Khaimah requires an official transfer certificate issued from the previous school and stamped by the MOE in RAK. Transfers within the Emirate cannot take place after November 1st of the current Academic Year.

  • Transfer from another Emirate

  • Transfer from one Emirate to another requires an official transfer certificate issued from the previous school and stamped by the previous Emirate’s Educational Zone
